Option 1: Earn PV/BV by taking out your mortgage loan through Xplore Capital

The amount of PV/BV* payable will vary depending on the amount of the loan settled. Your Xplore Loan Consultant will be able to provide the rates of PV/BV payable.

*PV/BV is a once off lump sum payment (applied the following month after settlement) only and is indexed according to the loan amount. PV/BV may not be applicable with some special offers.

Important information on PV/BV payments

With the introduction of PV/BV payments for over 30 banks and lenders and the use of Xplore's accredited Mortgage Brokers, there has been an increasing number of instances where IBOs have not received their PV/BV.

Feedback from IBOs has helped Xplore determine that the main cause of this is because IBOs are contacting the Broker first. This results in Xplore being unable to attach the IBO number to the initial enquiry, and unable to allocate the relevant PV/BV once the loan has been approved and settled.

In all cases (without exception) PV/BV will only be paid when the enquiry comes via the Xplore web-site or by phone on 1300 886 887 (option 1). Additionally, the PV/BV will only be paid when the settling bank has remitted the commissions to Xplore and these have actually been received by Xplore.
