Referral Program

More than just a Financial Services company, Xplore seeks to provide tangible benefits to IBOs on their journey to creating wealth.

Xplore has created a referral system where the IBO is able to gain valuable PV/BV. By introducing a contact* you know, that may be in need of the benefits from an Xplore loan, you are able to receive PV/BV for their loan! (Settled Xplore branded products only)

Example:
Jack, an IBO, distributes his referral flyer to his local Club. Xplore receives a response with Jack's IBO number on each referral, which then become settled loans.

Let’s assume Jack refers 5 settlements per month for 6 consecutive months the one-off retail benefits over the period are valued at approximately $32,760.

This is just another way Xplore Capital is helping you build your business.

1. Margin and Loan Balance information is private and cannot be released to the referring IBO’s under the Privacy Act and NCCP Act 2010,
   
   
2. The borrower will be made aware and requested to sign an acknowledgement that the referring IBO will receive a financial benefit from any loans referred and settled,
   
   
3. Referring IBO’s should only recommend the company Xplore and not attempt to sell any specific loan product unless they hold appropriate accreditations. Sales of specific loan products will breach the NCCP Act 2010 and may result in penalties of 2 years jail and/or fine $220,000

Important notes for Referrers;

You must:

• only engage in credit activities as a referrer incidentally to another business you are carrying on,
  
  
• not charge a fee to the consumer for the referral,
  
  
• only inform the consumer that we are able to arrange loans and leases but not any particular product, and not provide any recommendations or advice concerning loans or leases,
  
  
• inform the consumer of any commissions or other benefits you may receive,
  
  
• obtain the consent of the consumer to pass their name, contact details and a short description of the purpose for which the consumer may want the credit or lease,
  
  
• pass the consumer’s contact details to us within five business days of informing the consumer that we are able to arrange loans and leases but not any particular product.

If you use the referral brochure to refer potential borrowers to Xplore Capital you will be deemed to have agreed to the above Terms and Conditions for referring customers.

* Please note a "contact" is a person outside the organisation. PV/BV and cash is payable only for loan amounts of $150,000 and above. PV/BV is a once off lump sum payment only and is indexed according to the loan amount. PV/BV is not applicable to some discounted offers. Example is based on Xplore Branded Mortgage products.
